"Our experience with Terri Schaefer's office and State Farm had been great for years. My husband has been a 12 year plus customer. Since the hail storm that came through Oregon, IL back in April 2023 to present they don't want to help their customers anymore, they want to pick and choose what gets replaced, have damage on all 4 sides of my home but they say no it's on the eastside; even though they have replaced things on all other side except the eastside. They won't send a (local) adjuster to settle the dispute on what's damaged, they want to use a third party adjuster!!! We have broken windows (Argon has leaked out and bleached siding) there's chunks taken out of the siding and they don't want to fix, just chemical wash it...Now here we are 1 year and almost 3 months later and they pass the buck to the next person, don't want to help, call and hang up on my husband. It's just sad that after being a customer for 12+ years that I might have to get my attorney involved now."
